FAQ
General FAQ
Fragrance oils are synthetic in substance, in that they are not formulated directly from plant origin. Having said this, many fragrance oils I use contain a high percentage of essential oils. In general, fragrance oils work better in candles than essential oils, the reason being that many are fine-tuned for the type of wax, whereas essential oils are fixed in composition and can be difficult to work with.

Aftercare FAQ
For the best burning experience, trim the candle wick to 1/2 a cm before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container every time you light it, especially during the first burn, to prevent tunneling
No longer than 3 hours
Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or intense light. Keeping the lid on will help preserve the scent and protect the wax from dust.
The safest way to extinguish your candle is by using a candle snuffer or gently blowing out the flame
Soy and coconut waxes are natural products that can sometimes dry unevenly, creating a rough surface after burning. This is normal and does not affect the performance of your candle.
If your candle starts smoking, extinguish it. Trim the wick before re-lighting, as a long or crooked wick can cause smoking.
Always burn candles within sight and away from drafts, pets, and children. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire and always place it on a heat-resistant surface
